Foster Love Adopt Repeat (FLAR) is a nonprofit dedicated to raising awareness, providing support, and meeting the needs of children in foster care. Founded in 2018 by Jeremy and Alyse Breger, FLAR helps ensure no child walks through foster care alone and no family feels unsupported. Through programs like First Night Bags, support groups, and scholarships, we bring hope and practical help to those who need it most — because not everyone can foster or adopt, but everyone can do something.
