Thank you for helping make the FriendsGiving Luncheon possible! Table Hosts play an important role in welcoming guests, sharing the mission of Foster Love Adopt Repeat, and helping create a memorable event.
By signing up as a Table Host, you agree to:
Host a Table of 8 People
Each table seats 8 people total, including the Table Host. If you host two tables, there are 16 seats total, including you.
Invite friends, family, coworkers, neighbors, or others who may be interested in learning more about Foster Love Adopt Repeat and the impact of foster care and adoption in our community.
You do not have to fill every seat. If you have open seats, FLAR may use them to accommodate other guests, volunteers, or community partners.
Invite & Register Your Guests
After becoming a Table Host, you’ll receive access to your host dashboard and a personalized invitation link to share with your guests.
You can register guests yourself from your dashboard or send them your invitation link so they can enter their own information. Choose one option for each person so they aren’t registered twice. Please make sure each guest is registered so we have an accurate attendee count and can collect any dietary or accessibility needs before the event.
Decorate Your Table
Part of the fun of FriendsGiving is making each table unique!
FLAR will provide:
• A white table linen
• Place settings
• Your table number
• Event and sponsor materials
You provide the decorations and creativity.
Table Hosts will have a designated decorating window before the luncheon. If you’re unable to decorate your table personally, contact us ahead of time and we’ll work with you to make alternate arrangements.
Arrive Ready to Welcome Your Guests
As a Table Host, you’ll help make your guests feel welcome and connected throughout the luncheon.
No fundraising presentation or sales pitch is required from you. We simply ask that you invite people who would enjoy learning more about FLAR, help them feel at home at your table, and experience the event alongside them.
